Elchanan, an 11-year-old boy was diagnosed with a brain tumor 7 months ago. At the time of the diagnosis his doctors said that his life expectancy was 3 months. Although he has outlived their expectations, none of the treatment has worked so far. There is however, a new treatment that has a strong possibility of succeeding, but it is very cost prohibitive at $23,000 per month. The RCCS is involved in this case as well.
